Gary Warne

A Bayswater resident of many years, Gary Warne is married with 2 children. His wife Virginia is also a registered real estate salesperson. His son Daniel has also pursued a career in real estate working with past REIWA President Rob Druitt before joining Gary as a business partner.

Gary’s main focus at Ray White Carters is still as it was over 30 years ago: a genuine desire to achieve the best possible price for his sellers through solid marketing, skilled negotiation and the benefits of a professional local agency.

Gary is also actively involved with the community. He has served as the chairman and a director of the Bayswater Community Bank, and was a member of the steering committee to enable its formation. He is also a committee member and past chairman of the Bayswater Village Retail Traders Association which he helped establish.

He is also a past president and treasurer for the Bayswater Historical Society as well as being involved over the years with various other local groups and sporting organisations.

EXPERIENCE

Beginning his real estate career in 1981, Gary has assisted well over 1000 local residents with their changing real estate needs. During 7 successful years as a sales representative with Carter Giorgi Real Estate, Gary went back to studying to attain his certificate in Real Estate Management.

In 1989 he joined Carters Real Estate (Bayswater) as Licensee/Sales Manager and soon after bought into the company as a full partner before taking over the business in his own right.

Over the years he has sold and still sells everything from the most basic of flats, units, villas, townhouses and land through to the most exquisite character and modern homes, and commercial or industrial properties.

His understanding of property development, subdivision and project marketing is often called upon by many amateur and professional local developers.
